My name is Matt Channon. I have a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech, and a bachelor's in materials science and engineering from New Mexico Tech. I have designed embedded systems, solar manufacturing processes, IoT hardware, and medical devices. I am also, as of this writing, a federal whistleblower — operating this site to document systematic prosecutorial misconduct and court document forgery across multiple federal jurisdictions.
I am not a lawyer. I am not a journalist. I am an engineer who got caught in a machine and spent eighteen years figuring out how the machine works.
I drive for Uber to keep the lights on while I litigate this pro se and build a technology startup. I am telling you this so you understand the asymmetry. On one side: a man with a laptop, a PACER account, and a working knowledge of metadata. On the other side: forged federal court documents that have been certified authentic by the clerk's office.
The documents won every round. The metadata doesn't lie.
In 2013, I was prosecuted in federal court in the District of New Mexico for exploiting a rewards program loophole on the OfficeMax website — conduct the company's own terms of service explicitly permitted at the time. I was convicted in a phony trial. I served time. I began filing habeas petitions. Those petitions were modified by court staff after filing. Pages disappeared. The modifications are visible in PACER metadata.
I am not asking you to believe me. I am asking you to pull PACER case D.N.M. 1:13-cr-00966 and read Doc 377 and Doc 379. Both are on the docket right now. They cannot both be true.
Any one of these would justify an emergency audit. All three exist in the same federal case.
The reason this site exists is not to relitigate my case. My case is the proof of concept. The reason this site exists is that the infrastructure used against me is available to anyone with PACER credentials — and the people receiving the documents it produces have no way to verify them.
There is no registry. No hotline. No QR code. No cryptographic signature. The "electronic signature" on a federal court filing is the text /s/Name typed into a Word document. That is the entire security model for the system that issues orders determining whether you go to prison, lose your children, forfeit your assets, or comply with a surveillance demand you are legally prohibited from disclosing.
National Security Letters. FISA warrants. Orders of commitment. Judgments of conviction. All of them rest on the same foundation: a login and a typed slash-s. A personal check from a party store has more authentication infrastructure than a federal warrant.
The fix is not complicated. A federal authentication clearinghouse. One query. One binary response: YES, this order exists and authorizes exactly what it claims — or NO, it does not. The entire architecture of document-based coercion collapses against a system that can say NO.
That system does not exist. Building it is the point of this site.
Artificial Intelligence hallucinates facts. It tells you so. It generates confident-sounding output that isn't true, and when you push back, it admits it.
Artificial Justice hallucinates facts. It sends armed men to enforce them. It generates official-looking documents that aren't true, and when you push back, it jails you.
The acronym is intentional. The comparison is exact. Both systems produce authoritative output with no grounding in reality. Only one of them can arrest you.
